Terms and Conditions

\u00a71. Scope of the Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules governing the rental of hotel rooms, the responsibilities of the hotel operator and the guest, as well as the rules for the use of the hotel facilities at ENTRE HOTEL, located at 16\/19 Kie\u0142ba\u015bnicza Street, Wroc\u0142aw (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded, among other things, by making a reservation, signing the registration card, and\/or paying a deposit or the full amount due for the stay at the Hotel. By performing any of the above actions, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If an agreement is concluded on terms different from those set out in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions herein shall not apply only to the extent that such agreement expressly provides otherwise.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Hotel is operated by Zdrojowa Hotels Sp. z o.o.<\/strong>, with its registered office in Ko\u0142obrzeg at 9 Su\u0142kowskiego Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Koszalin, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000296672, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6711756876, REGON: 320441334, with a share capital of PLN 22,500,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons staying on the Hotel premises.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. These Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at the Hotel reception and on the Hotel’s website.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Any matters relating to the services provided by the Hotel should be reported by the guest to the Hotel Reception, unless the Reception has provided the guest with different instructions in this regard.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. A guest is a person who has entered into an agreement with the Operator for the provision of hotel services at the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The fees for services provided at or by the Hotel are specified in the price list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a72. Check-in and check-out times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. A hotel room is rented for hotel stays.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The hotel day begins at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the following day.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If the Guest has not specified the duration of their stay when making a room reservation, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one hotel day.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. A request to extend the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should be submitted by the Guest no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the scheduled departure date from the Hotel. The Hotel may accommodate the Guest\u2019s request subject to room availability and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. For an extended stay, the Guest is required to pay an additional fee in accordance with the prices published on the Hotel\u2019s website (which constitute the current price list).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse an extension of the Guest\u2019s stay, including in cases where the Guest has not made full payment for their stay on the arrival date and\/or where the Guest or any person accompanying the Guest fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. During their stay, the Guest may request an extension of the hotel day no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the scheduled departure date from the Hotel in accordance with the reservation.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The cost of extending the hotel day is PLN 50 gross for each commenced hour, but no later than until 3:00 p.m. An extension of the hotel day beyond 3:00 p.m. will result in a charge of 100% of the additional fee for the next hotel day, in accordance with the current price list.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Remaining in the room or leaving belongings in the room after 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled check-out date, without prior arrangement with the Hotel Reception, shall be treated as an extension of the stay, for which a fee shall be charged in accordance with the current price list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a73. RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. The basis for the Guest\u2019s check-in at the Hotel is presenting a valid identity document with a photograph to the Reception staff and fully completing and signing the registration card (in paper or electronic form, if an electronic registration card is used by the Hotel). If the Guest refuses to present an identity document in a manner that enables check-in, or refuses to complete or sign the registration card, the Hotel Reception has the right to refuse check-in.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The Guest shall personally provide a legible signature on the registration card.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. The Guest may not make the room or any devices\/property enabling access to the Hotel or the room available to third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Persons not registered at the Hotel may visit the Guest in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest\u2019s room during other hours shall be deemed as the Guest\u2019s consent to the paid accommodation of such persons in the room, in accordance with the price list applicable on the Guest\u2019s check-in date.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances. The Hotel may refuse to provide a service or services to a Guest who, during a previous stay, has seriously breached these Terms and Conditions or caused damage to the Hotel\u2019s property, the property of third parties, or caused personal injury, including injury to a Hotel employee or any other person staying at the Hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. The Hotel collects payment for the entire stay at the time of making the reservation and\/or on the check-in date. Payment for a parking space is collected by the Hotel upon check-in.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. The Operator reserves the right to collect a deposit (in cash or in the form of a pre-authorisation on a credit card) in an amount specified by the Operator.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. The Operator reserves the right to verify the credit card provided as a reservation guarantee prior to the scheduled arrival date.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. If the Guest refuses to pay for the stay, authorise a credit card pre-authorisation, or provide a cash deposit in the amount specified by the Hotel Reception, the Hotel Reception has the right to refuse check-in.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      10. If the Guest fails to cancel the reservation within the specified period, the Hotel will charge the Guest a fee in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in the reservation confirmation.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      11. If the Guest cancels their stay during its duration, the Guest is obliged to pay the full amount due to the Hotel for the stay in accordance with the reservation made. If the fee has already been paid, it is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u00a74. SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category, standard, and the information contained in the Hotel\u2019s informational materials.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Any complaints regarding the quality of services should be reported by the Guest to the Hotel Reception immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. At the Guest\u2019s request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:<\/span>\n
